From Sportsnet’s Chris Johnston:
Ondrej Palat not expected to play Game 2 for #TBLightning.

Lightning coach Jon Cooper gave the not-unexpected word this morning ahead of tonight’s game versus Montreal.
Palat, 23, had 59 points in 81 games and could very well be one of the finalists for rookie of the year.
On the bright side, despite losing one of his key forwards, after also losing Game 1 of the series, at least Cooper hasn’t lost his sense of humor:
Jon Cooper says Ondrej Palat is probably out. Looks at @reporterchris. "Are you tweeting that right now?" "Yes." "Unbelievable. Palat's in."
