Video: Oilers’ Dubnyk hurt in collision on Sunday

devandubnykgetty

It’s been a brutal weekend for Edmonton Oilers goalie Devan Dubnyk.

First, there was that center ice goal allowed against David Legwand on Friday, which lead to him being pulled. On Sunday, Dubnyk made way for Yann Danis, but not for performance-related reasons; a collision knocked him out of tonight’s game and he hasn’t returned.

Oilers blueliner Teemu Hartikainen crashed into Dubnyk, 26, in an exchange with Marian Hossa.

We will pass along more information regarding his condition as the team makes it available.

Update: here’s video of the collision, via CSNChicago.com.
