Los Angeles forward Jarret Stoll was arrested for possession of cocaine at Wet Republic in Las Vegas on Saturday, local police have confirmed to 8 News.

Per 8 News’ Scott Daniels, Stoll was also arrested on MDMA possession. The NHL has since been appraised of the arrest, according to CBS Las Vegas.
The Los Angeles Times’ Lisa Dillman reports the Kings are aware of the incident and “actively investigating it.”
Stoll, 32, has played with the Kings for the last seven seasons following a trade from Edmonton. He is set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.

Per Clark County jail, Jarret Stoll is out of custody. Bail appears to have been $5,000, with hearing scheduled tomorrow.

UPDATE 2: The Kings have issued the following statement...
“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada regarding Jarret Stoll. Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough internal investigation.
“While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time.”
