Things got heated in a playoff game between THC and Izhstal in Russia’s top minor league, the VHL. The fact that the fighting primarily took place behind the benches and involved the coaches is unusual. That Izhstal bench boss Andrei Razin somehow lost his shirt along the way is something else entirely.
It’s not clear, at least to me, how Razin lost his shirt, although if you stick with the video to around 6:50, you’ll see him put on his suit jacket and tie, minus it.
Izhstal went on to beat THC 3-2 in overtime.
Razin was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers back in 2001, but he spent his professional playing career in Russia.
