The Tyler Myers trade alarm has been sounded before, with no trade forthcoming, so maybe take this tweet from Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports with a grain of salt:
Talks intensified between Ducks and Sabres on Tyler Myers. Other teams have interest in Myers. Can he be traded ? Its a real possibility.

Theoretically, the big Sabres’ defenseman could be a fit in Anaheim, where GM Bob Murray has openly wondered if his blue line has the right personnel to win the Stanley Cup.
Myers, 25, has had his struggles with the Sabres. But then again, who hasn’t? His stat line -- just two goals and nine assists in 44 games -- would undoubtedly look better on a good team like the Ducks.
Myers is signed through 2018-19, with a cap hit of $5.5 million.
