Jets’ Perreault extends point streak in win over Blackhawks

Forward Mathieu Perreault extended his point streak to eight games as the Winnipeg Jets defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 5-1 Tuesday night.

Perrault had two goals in the win and now has five goals and four assists during the streak.

Bryan Little, Anthony Peluso and Blake Wheeler had the other Jets goals.

With the win, Winnipeg has now won three of four.

Michael Hutchinson made 38 saves to improve to 8-2-2 on the season.

Marian Hossa had the lone Blackhawks tally.

Corey Crawford allowed three goals on 13 shots in the loss and was replaced by Antti Raanta, who made 11 saves in relief.

Chicago has now lost two of three.
