Mike Cammalleri was called for tripping Michael Raffl late in the third period of the Flyers 4-1 win Thursday night, but the penalty wasn’t the concern for the Devils forward.

As Raffl was going down, his skate came up and cut Cammalleri near his right ear.

According to Tom Gulitti of The Bergen Record, Cammalleri elected to use glue rather than stitches to close the cut.

“I don’t really want to get stitches,” said Cammalleri post-game. “It’s an area where who cares what it looks like.”
