Vancouver Canucks forward Shawn Matthias was taken to the dressing room after taking an elbow to the head from Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Stephane Robidas late in the second period of Saturday’s game.
Robidas received only a minor penalty for elbowing, as he led with the right forearm, catching Matthias as he tried to power his way to the outside.
No Matthias on bench. Expect Jensen to get the call in Ottawa on Sunday. #Canucks #Leafs
