St. Louis Blues’ goaltender Brian Elliott has left tonight’s game against the Ottawa Senators with an apparent right leg injury.
Blues’ defenseman Chris Butler pushed Sens’ forward Erik Condra into Elliott. While going down, Elliott got his right leg caught underneath his body.
The puck went in on the play, but the goal was waved off, which Ottawa coach Paul MacLean wasn’t too happy about.
FYI ... Elliott never returned to the #stlblues bench.
