On Tuesday, the Anaheim Ducks revealed what’s sidelined two of their veteran presences:
Anaheim put Perry -- who’s missed the last three games -- on IR (retroactively) two days ago, meaning he’d be eligible to return to the lineup for tomorrow night’s rivalry game against Los Angeles, though it’s unclear if he’ll be ready:
Beauchemin isn’t on IR, having only missed one game thus far (Sunday’s 2-1 shootout loss to Vancouver). Per the O.C. Register, test results for both players are expected tomorrow; it’s also interesting to note that another Duck, captain Ryan Getzalf, was sidelined with the “flu” late last week.
UPDATE: Perry and Beauchemin out w/ a viral gland infection. Both are undergoing testing and results are pending.

Perry had IV treatment at hospital for two days late last week. Beauchemin has not required such.

Getzlaf ended up being a late scratch for Thursday’s OT loss to the Isles but returned one night later to take on the Coyotes.
Ducks say they are in full containment mode. Also, Getzlaf illness last week was stomach flu, not this viral glandular infection. — Helene Elliott (@helenenothelen) November 11, 2014
Viruses have been a major issue for NHL clubs in the early part of this season. A bacterial infection spread throughout the St. Louis Blues locker room, sidelining a number of players, and the same fate hit Minnesota (most notably defensemen Keith Ballard and Christian Folin.)
