Yesterday’s postponed game between the Senators and Maple Leafs in Ottawa has been rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 9, at the Canadian Tire Centre. The start time will be 6 p.m. ET.

The game was postponed by the NHL in the wake of the shootings in the Canadian capital that had parts of the city on lockdown for much of the day.

For the Leafs, the rescheduling means playing one night after hosting the New York Rangers, when they were originally (below) supposed to have three days off before hosting the Bruins.

For the Sens, it means playing one night after hosting the Jets, when they were originally (below) supposed to have two days off before a game in Vancouver on Nov. 11.
