The Chicago Blackhawks have taken control over the struggling Philadelphia Flyers, using the quick-strike attack to do so.

The Blackhawks scored twice in the span of 32 seconds to take a 2-0 lead over the Flyers, before Bryan Bickell added another one to increase the lead to three goals. Not only that, but all three goals came within a span of two minutes and six seconds. Shots at the end of the period: 19-9 for Chicago.

Yikes. Not a good start for a team with numerous concerns early in the season.
