The St. Louis Blues are giving tough guy (and Twitter star) Paul Bissonnette a tryout.

Bissonnette is an unrestricted free agent who’s spent the last five seasons with the Coyotes. The 29-year-old broke into the NHL with the Penguins.

The Blues already have an enforcer in Ryan Reaves (and he’s signed through 2017-18), so Bissonnette’s chances of making the club could be hindered by that.

In fact, Bissonnette and Reaves already know each other quite well:

If Bissonnette doesn’t catch on with the Blues, there have been other teams that have reportedly shown interest in signing him, including the Washington Capitals.
