Stars, Roussel agree on four-year, $8 million deal

The Dallas Stars won’t have to go to arbitration with pesky forward Antoine Roussel, as the two sides have reportedly agreed to a four-year, $8 million contract.

Roussel had 14 goals and 15 assists, with 209 PIM, in 2013-14. The 24-year-old from France was never drafted by an NHL club. He was originally signed by the Stars in 2012.

Only two NHLers, Tom Sestito (213 PIM) and Chris Neil (211), were penalized more than Roussel last season.
