The Stanley Cup makes a stop at Dodger Stadium

Jun 17, 2014, 10:40 PM EDT

The celebration continues. From the Staples Center, to the streets of L.A., back to the Staples Center and now to Dodger Stadium.

Play ball!

The L.A. Kings took the Stanley Cup last Friday, winning a five-game series against the New York Rangers for their second championship in the last three years.

This is one of my favorite unofficial NHL traditions, going to the MLB ballparks after a championship.

Something about the Cup in the sunshine with all those fans is just a great sight

NHL is the only Pro sport that actually plays FOR the right to have and hold the Stanley Cup while being league champions. NBA, MLB, NFL players could care less about their actual trophy and play only to be league champions.

    NHL rocks.
