Video: NHL Conference Finals analyzed

May 23, 2014, 10:30 PM EDT

It’s coming down to it now in the Stanley Cup playoffs. The Montreal Canadiens, thanks to the play of 24-year-old goalie Dustin Tokarski and their victory Thursday over the New York Rangers, have gotten back into the Eastern Conference Final after losing the first two games of the series.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Blackhawks and L.A. Kings are deadlocked at one-game apiece after the Kings stormed back for six unanswered goals in their Game 2 victory.

    A QUESTION OF VALUES ?

Friends, I haven’t even bothered to view this pathetic video offering by the ‘fascist’ financial firm known to many as Edward Jones. Regardless, I can assure you that these parasites know ‘absolutely’ nothing about hockey or even life at large for that matter. Yes sir ! In fact, the only thing these ‘pigs’ know about is how to fleece you of your hard-earned wages !

Anyway, I’ve skipped to the comments section here to say ‘that’ which I now believe needs to be said. And it’s this. The remaining four teams in the playoffs are all ‘excellent’ and they’re clearly the ‘best’ of the best in the NHL, including the Rangers, Canadiens, Blackhawks and of course our ‘beloved’ Kings. The truth is however that any one of these talented teams has the ‘right & ability’ to hoist Lord Stanley’s mug next month, and on the surface at least, any one of them ‘might’ just do that ? That being said however, I truly believe that there’s one variable at play here which will ultimately tip the scales in our favor, and that’s ‘values’ ! Yes sir ! Be it the ‘decency’ of our LA Kings team, the ‘humility’ of our free & democratic fan base, or the God-fearing ‘nature’ of LA County at large … in the end friends, I believe that our ‘superior’ values will carry the day for us and that they’ll ensure ‘supreme’ victory is ours ! :) :) :)

ps: when we ‘go in’ tomorrow night, keep your formations ‘tight’ and be ‘ready’ for the word …

God speed friends and I’ll see you at the top ! … comrade Blomfeld :)

    hey blom, waddup

it’s good to know how values-driven the good folk of los angeles county can be [ who do they think they are, surrey ]

looking at this los angeles county crime map, going in to the staples center as it is in the area designated as downtown, with a tight formation at the ready, might be good advice

it is otherwise a great place to visit, know your streets, avoid opening maps in plain view and avoid traveling alone

Blomfeld, I cheer for the Kings only because I despise the Hawks and want nothing more than to see them lose before the finals.

That being said, Gaborik is a stinky poo and why the hell is Quick so inconsistent this year?

“and why the hell is Quick so inconsistent this year?” …

because in nature friend, pure ‘genius’ is often tempered with inexplicable shortcomings … for example, did you know that Elvis could only play three chords on the guitar with proficiency ? … or that Leonardo da Vinci couldn’t swim to save his life ? … or that the Beatles apparently couldn’t read music ? … well it’s true … and it’s why I believe Quick is sometimes prone to ‘inconsistency’ and such …
