Video: Can Lundqvist dominate in Montreal?

May 17, 2014, 2:05 AM EDT

Playing at the Bell Centre in Montreal hasn’t always come with the best results for New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist.

From NHL.com:

Lundqvist hasn’t played in Montreal since Jan. 15, 2012, serving as the Rangers backup in four straight games at Bell Centre. He hasn’t won in the building since March 17, 2009.

Well, that’s going to have to change if the Rangers are to advance past the Canadiens and on to the Stanley Cup Final.

In order to win in Montreal, you need to come into the Bell Centre with this kind of swagger:

    What kind of swagger?

Habs in 5. Then Habs in 7

Let’s be real here Habs fans. I know you wanna think your team is going to win, but they don’t stand a chance. Rangers in 6

Really! Is that the best you can come up with? It’s not like the Habs fans haven’t read this merde from the Bruins fans.

Rangers have to get a least a split in the first 2 games in order to have a chance. I believe they will do that and win in 7.

Well! No matter how you slice it, the Rangers will have to win one in Montreal. I don’t disagree with the number of games it will take to determine a winner. All 4 conference semis went the distance, and 3 of 8 series in the first round went to 7.

      Thank you, M. Bettman.

Gonna be a great series. Let the games begin. Rangers will win the series. Hank won’t be denied.

This is a no story. Why the media keeps talking about this is dumb. Regular season and the playoffs are completely different too
