If Montreal wins this, which I think they will, it will make the Penguins losing last night all that more disappointing. I feel sick to my stomach.

    • elmerbrownelmerbrown - May 14, 2014 at 6:40 PM

Why ? Your team just lost a series they led 3-1 and you have the balls to have them going to the Cup Finals ,,,pens fans get gone your out beat it !

      • steelcity333 - May 14, 2014 at 6:50 PM

No what I meant was they would have had a better chance against Montreal than Boston. Wasn’t make any predictions. I feel Boston would have walked over us but we would have had a competitive series against Montreal. And I know you’re a Flyers fan so go watch highlights from the 70s.

      • elmerbrownelmerbrown - May 14, 2014 at 6:51 PM

Your team just blew a 3-1 lead in the series your yesterdays news beat it loser !

      • steelcity333 - May 14, 2014 at 6:56 PM

I’d rather be yesterday’s news than 1970s news.

      • elmerbrownelmerbrown - May 14, 2014 at 6:59 PM

Your team actually was news in the 70’s for prolific losing

      • steelcity333 - May 14, 2014 at 7:08 PM

I have no reason to argue with a Flyers fan. Not worth the time and effort. You have no material that will make me feel worse than a Flyers fan does.

Time to preset 911 in my phone so I can call an ambulance as soon as I need it.

    • imleftcoast - May 14, 2014 at 7:42 PM

Are they going to riot in Boston when they lose? If they aren’t going to let Chara hook and hold all night, I don’t think the Bruins system works.

      • aljack88 - May 14, 2014 at 8:01 PM

no, dickwad, they don’t riot in Boston over sports, victories or losses. Not like in Montreal or Vancouver

      • drewzducks - May 14, 2014 at 8:02 PM

No, they save the rioting for $hitholes like Vancouver, Montreal and Detroit.

  3. bigbadbruins77 - May 14, 2014 at 7:03 PM

    Let’s go bruins! !!

  4. sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 7:32 PM

Bruins playing an utter crap game so far. Though the refs have been terrible for both teams.

  5. sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 7:51 PM

Marchand, what the crap. How many missed nets is that now?

    • unlimitedcriticism - May 14, 2014 at 7:56 PM

He didn’t have much to look at there.

      • sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 7:58 PM

Nonetheless he’s got to get that on net. From that close rebounds can easily happen. And it’s not like hasn’t done this like 5 other times this series.

  6. unlimitedcriticism - May 14, 2014 at 7:58 PM

Soderberg needs more ice time. Bartkowski needs to be thrown into a black hole, as do these refs.

    • sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 8:00 PM

I seriously think the Bruins should skate with 5 defensemen and bench Bartkowski the rest of the game.

  7. drewzducks - May 14, 2014 at 8:00 PM

Someone may want to tell this collective group of sloths that the game started at 7 not 8.

  8. sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 8:11 PM

Stupid snowing by Marchand, but the refs have been so inconsistent that this is a circus.

    • unlimitedcriticism - May 14, 2014 at 8:21 PM

They just called 2 minutes for sabatimus for unsportsmanlike.

      • sabatimus - May 14, 2014 at 8:31 PM

I just kicked the penalty bench camera and threw the water bottle into the seats.

Anyone else have lag issues with the nbc live stream? I’ve been having issues all playoffs and I have a solid internet connection that works with netflix and every other streaming service I use.

  12. unlimitedcriticism - May 14, 2014 at 9:55 PM

Congrats to Montreal. Well earned. Cannot say same to the officials, unfortunately, but the Habs deserved this one.

  13. dboldave - May 14, 2014 at 9:58 PM

Congrats to Montreal. I know everyone said their speed would kill Boston and at times it did hurt them. I think their defense was what won them this series. Boston wasn’t able to get the shots from the point through because they were blocked, Price controlled the rebounds and good luck trying to drive to the net.

    Well played Habs.

  14. westof1club - May 14, 2014 at 10:01 PM

The whiner population will hopefully be significantly decreased on PHT with the ousting of Boston & Pittsburgh. Of course, we’ll have to hear how both were the better teams, somehow cheated out of the conference finals by refs and dirty opponents’ play. Even sweeter the irony.

    • steelcity333 - May 14, 2014 at 10:06 PM

No, Penguins were garbage last 3 games. They didn’t deserve to win. Montreal was the better team also.
