Video: Crawford, Bryzgalov trade big saves

May 13, 2014, 11:20 PM EDT

Minnesota Wild fans might have been serenading Corey Crawford with a goalie chant during Game 6 on Tuesday, but it’s hard to imagine that he was rattled at that point. Both Crawford and Ilya Bryzgalov kept their teams in tonight’s game (at least as of this writing) with some big saves.

Sometimes those big saves came in the same sequence. Watch as Bryzgalov turns aside a breakaway chance for Patrick Sharp and then Crawford does the same against Justin Fontaine:

If the Hawks win this game it is because Craw stole it. The Wild have thoroughly outplayed the Hawks.

Crow is really the only reason the Hawks are still in this game.

Not how you start. It is how you finish. Hawks rebounded from a terribly sloppy 42 minute stretch and gained steam at the end of regulation and owned most of overtime.

twas a battle. Crawfords a helluva a goalie and is no doubt the number 1 star of this one. Good series and good luck to the hawks

I was gonna wait for the new article to tip the cap, but it hasn’t shown up yet if you would have told me the wild were going to be a tougher out than the blues, you would have won some money off me.

        Time to exhale. Sheesh.

Credit to the Wild. Anyone but the Kings in the Final. Darryl Sutter is a clown.

Crawford literally stole that game. I said before this series started, Crawford would be the difference maker. He exceeded expectations.. no more excuses, he’s a top playoff goalie PERIOD.
