Coyotes grateful for win, ‘hollow’ or not

Apr 14, 2014, 12:49 AM EDT

Sunday’s game between the Dallas Stars and Phoenix Coyotes was supposed to be a thriller with a playoff spot on the line. Instead, the Coyotes were only fighting to finish their season on a high note and end a seven-game winning streak, which they did via a 2-1 win.

Oh yeah, and about that meaningless game business:

Do you mean 7-game losing streak?

I don’t wanna be “that guy” so I will also say, good post James.

Yotes’d out a win against the Texas Stars and Tim Thomas.. extremely hollow. Stars purposely floated for about 50 minutes and they still only squeaked it out. Glad the Stars are in the playoffs and not that garbage brand of hockey being pushed in Glendale.

Roussell and Garbutt on one roster and Glendale is the one pushing garbage hockey….

EinjZmolf, the entire state of Texas is garbage. Have fun watching the Stars gettin ousted in the first round; something the Cowboys can’t even accomplish!!

Good thing I’m not from Texas and you don’t know how to click a reply button. The Cowboys suck.

Well, if things go as planned, I’ll be living in AZ next season and will be a season ticket holder for the Yotes. Hope Mike Smith can come back strong and that next season gets them back into the playoffs.
