Bruins’ Paille suffers injury, won’t return on Sunday

Mar 9, 2014, 6:05 PM EST

The Boston Bruins announced that winger Daniel Paille won’t return to Sunday’s game against the Florida Panthers with an undisclosed injury.

It’s believed that he suffered the issue from a hit into the boards by defenseman Ed Jovanovski, as Bruins announcer Jack Edwards notes.

Paille, 29, has scored 16 points in 56 games this season.

That sucks. Paille had just scored a goal the night before on a hot 4th line

Luongo’s a real class act. I love how immediately after getting beat his first instinct is to cry interference.
