    Is Darryl Sutter a Baldknobber???

    • blomfeld - Feb 28, 2014 at 10:18 AM

      Good times friend ! :)

and the kicker is that with a slight change of accent, this could ‘easily’ be the Sutter brothers driving into town ! … darkness :(

Sutter’s right. It is ridiculous. It’s all about the money, though. Got to get in 82 games for the networks, right?

    • getadealdonealready - Feb 28, 2014 at 10:49 AM

Not sure it’s the networks, they don’t have the best TV deal due to all the work stoppages. NHL needs games to get gates. How is this schedule any more ridiculous than last years when they crammed half a season into a couple months.

Don’t worry friend … it’s gonna be tough no doubt, but if anyone can do it then that’s our very own ‘glorious’ LA Kings ! … biggest, baddest, toughest team in the business ! … we’re gonna have all them Babcock ‘system’ lovers running for their lives ! … yes sir ! … and don’t even talk to me about we’re gonna do to those little goldfish just up the road there in Jose ? … man, those people are gonna get a whopping so bad they’ll wish they were playing back east in the ‘Metro’ division ! … it’s all ‘good times’ from here on in ! :)

GO KINGS GO !!!! … TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

LOL! Babcock rules! Nice to watch how the Wings boxed out the Habs Wednesday. Masterful display of tactics and strategy to defend the opponent. Cunning tactical display which reminds me about the how the best generals in history defeated their enemies. ;-) Not that I would know. You’re the expert. (Bonaparte, Barca, Lee, Washington…..)

“In war there is but one favorable moment; the great art is to seize it!” … Napoleon Bonaparte

Comrade Joey … as you know, all of my forces are under ‘standing orders’ to ‘never’ raise our guns in your ‘esteemed” presence … nonetheless, the Babcock & ‘systems’ supporters are going to be ‘dealt with’ during the coming days, make no mistake about it … so as a friend, I ask that you please choose to sit this one out … Blomfeld :)

Yep! It’s all about the balance sheet. Considering the operational budgets, projected ads, tickets, concession, and merchandise sales, you can’t ask a team to play less games and pay the players their full yearly salary.

If the players didn’t want to participate in the Olympic experience no one would force them to.
