It’s going to be cold for the Winter Classic

Dec 27, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT

Via the Weather Network, the forecast for Ann Arbor, Michigan, site of the 2014 Winter Classic on Jan. 1 between the Red Wings and Maple Leafs:

All in all a pretty good forecast. The weather you really want to avoid before and during these outdoor games is rain, and it doesn’t look like there’s any chance of that. If there’s precipitation, it’s going to be snow.

    Ahhh… Michigan in winter…
Three days listed, combined total “hrs. of sunshine” is 4.
My guess is that they are rounding up on the daily totals.

    Otherwise, sounds like Hockey weather!

Well at-least it will be played a Michigan football stadium.

As for where the Ducks Vs Kings winter classic game be held at Dodger Stadium, when it should of been played at the Rose Bowl, where it would be easier to view the game and get your money worth.

The ticket prices at Ducks Vs Kings at Dodger Stadium game, that are nearly nose bleed seats, are originally $249, and that are now reduced to $199 because they feel they won’t sellout the remaining 20% of the seats.
