Couple of Islanders notes ahead of tonight’s game in Glendale, where they’ll look to make it two straight victories for the first time since Nov. 2.

--- Goalie Evgeni Nabokov has been activated off injured reserve and Anders Nilsson has been sent back to AHL Bridgeport. Nabokov will back up Kevin Poulin (who was outstanding versus the Sharks on Tuesday) against the Coyotes.

--- Forward Ryan Strome will not, in fact, make his NHL debut tonight after being called up yesterday.

Tonight is the fifth and final game of the Isles’ road trip. They’re 1-3-0 so far.
