Blackhawks defenseman Mike Kostka is out 4-6 weeks with a lower-body injury suffered yesterday in practice, according to Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune.

Kostka, 27, has only made it into the Blackhawks’ lineup twice this season, but he did score his first career NHL goal Saturday against his old team, the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Chicago is plenty deep on defense, so this injury is more frustrating for player than team.

I personally think he is better than Brookbank and Rosival

We understand that it is your opinion when you or anyone just goes with ‘I think’ and follows it up with an opinion – not sure why they need to go with ‘I personally think’ – I mean, who else’s opinion would you be referring to if you just chose to go with ‘I think’?

does that work the same as when YOU …… say WE ?

If you come on the internet to voice your displeasure over the way someone commented to an article on a hockey blog. You must really be having a rough day. Besides, what was posted sounds more eloquent than what you prefer.

I agree, although Brookbank did have a decent game yesterday. I still would have rather had Ryan Stanton than any of those 3. I’m still bitter over the Canucks claiming him.

Don’t know about bitter (well then again it was the cheap shottiong/whinning/diving Nucks), but I was sure disappointed.
