A number of National Hockey League players, past and present, fans and media mourned those lost in a tragic plane crash that killed the entire Lokomotiv Yaroslavl hockey team two years ago today.

Among those killed were former NHLers Pavol Demitra, Ruslan Salei, Josef Vasicek, Karlis Skrastins, Karel Rachunek, Alexander Karpotsev, Igor Korolev, and the team’s head coach Brad McCrimmon.
