Crosby on Game 2: ‘Terrible. There’s no other way to describe it’

Sidney Crosby didn’t beat around the bush describing how he felt about a 6-1 shellacking in Game 2 on Monday, as the Sporting News’ Sean Gentille reports.

“Tonight was terrible,” Crosby said. “There’s no other way to describe it.”

The same could probably be said for his individual play, as this video and post shows.

The post-game discussions might be all about which goalie the team will decide to start in Game 3, but just about everyone - including the Pittsburgh Penguins’ famous captain - needs to play much better or this will be a short third-round series against the Boston Bruins.
