Video: Ducks’ Perry fights Sharks’ Boyle

Mar 28, 2013, 2:39 AM EDT

On a night when a pair of 2010 Olympians were re-united after a massive blockbuster trade between the Calgary Flames and Pittsburgh Penguins, two other members of Canada’s gold medal winning squad decided to duke it out.

Corey Perry of the Anaheim Ducks and Dan Boyle of San Jose Sharks dropped the gloves in the third period of Wednesday’s 4-0 San Jose win.

It could be frustration simply got the best of Perry. The Ducks have lost four straight games, after winning seven of their previous eight.

More of perry being a baby back b!tch. At least he didn’t skate away and let a teammate bail him out after throwing his customary cheap shot

I like how he was too busy throwing a cheap punch on Boyle to help stop Wingels score short handed lol

I like how Sharks fans have their panties in such a twist over taking a draw in one fight in a game they dominated otherwise. Seriously, what are you even whining about?

Guessing you didnt see Perry punch Boyle in the face during that short handed goal.

Perry is a punk. Too bad he was too scared to throw em.

Corey Perry can kick some ass! he’s nasty!

but this fight was all about frustration… Perry is MUCH tougher than that…lol

Funny how he’s quick to throw punches when no ones looking but when the gloves come off strategy changes to duck and wait for refs to stop the fight.
