Tuesday didn’t just mark the Pittsburgh Penguins debut for Brenden Morrow; key defenseman Kris Letang also returned to the lineup for the team’s game against the Montreal Canadiens (which is currently under way).

Evgeni Malkin wasn’t able to play tonight, however.

Pittsburgh is currently on a 12-game winning streak, so it’ll be interesting to see how well Morrow, Letang, Malkin and Douglas Murray will integrate into a red-hot group.

I’m starting to get a little worried about Malkin he suffered his injury way before Kris Letang suffered his groin injury and Letang is back before Geno? That being said it’s nice to have Letang back in the lineup.

Perhaps Tangers groin is tougher than Malkin’s shoulder.

No worries about Malkin. He looks just fine skating in practice. Let that shoulder get to 100% so he can play 110% in the playoffs, which are what truly matter now. The Pens are in NO danger of not making them, so let’s have the reigning MVP as ready and as HEALTHY as he can possibly be. Besides… if it ain’t broke on a now-13 game win streak, don’t jinx it. ;)
