While I agree the Ducks looked better overall last night, goaltending is not at all the problem for Chicago. Those types of goals are due to poor team defense. A double shifting Kane admitted he was out of gas in the 3rd. Add to that a change in Chicago’s forecheck from 2-1-2 to 1-2-2, and you leave Anaheim with plenty of time and space to move the puck. The Hawk’s gap control also began to slow, and credit the Ducks for taking advantage of it. Some minor changes will be made, and with replenished legs (and Hossa) and you’ll see a convincing Hawks win next week.

Obviously you have no idea what you’re talking about. No team that runs the table like that is a mirage. We’ll all be laughing at you in a few months. Go watch college wrestling and leave the hockey talk to those of us that have brains.

Great game. Hawks controlled the play for most of the first 2 periods but Ducks had them in the 3rd. Great to see these teams play when they’re both healthy (Perry, Sharp, Hossa, etc.). Right now it’s looking like these 2 are the cream of the crop in NHL

problems continue to be in net? you have no clue what you are talking. the reason why they went on that incredible wad goaltending. emery has yet to loose and both crawford and emery are top 10 in all goalie stats. the problem was 4 straight games in 4 different time zones and injuries to hossa and sharp. we are missing them badly offensively and defensively. good effort tonight but couldnt finish. get a big break now to hopefully charge the batteries and get some injured players back. not worried at all, stilll going to be tough to beat the hawks in seven

Great game. And an even greater come-from-behind win for the Ducks as always w/c pretty much what they have been doing lately. I guess even w/o star players like Hossa, and Perry, one can expect a great game from both teams. Funny how 4 officials missed a high-sticking penalty in the final mins. on Cogliano, with blood drawn as well.

Ducks looked much stronger in the 3rd than Chi, but the real issue for the Hawks continues to be in goal….after a sloppy change, Crawford kicked an easy shot from Getzlaf on the wing directly out front, where you, I or Bobby Ryan could tap it in got the tying goal….and on the winner he got a poor push across the crease, giving Selanne an easy shot….with the Ducks swarming, Chi needed their goalie to hang tough, and instead this….hope Ray Emery is ready to carry the load in the playoffs.
