Another hit that should be looked at is Franzen’s in the Wings -Wild game. His stick and elbow were up on the play. Watching the replay and highlights of other similar hits by him, I would say he’s living on the edge. If he stays low on this type of hit, it would be devastating enough. When he goes high, it is a knock-out blow and a possible carreer ender. It should be discouraged. I’m not saying he deserves discipline now but, he should be warned that in the future anything above the shoulder will be dealt with.
