boyle is good but he is getting old and his value is going down. he can score and plays with Passion but if we cab get some decent prospects for him then Wilson should go for it. and I agree Stuart and Irwin have been our best d men this season. as far as crankshaft goes its to.e to let him go. he is slow and can’t seem to hit the net if his life depended in it. if we could get a good 3 rd or 4 th line center or a good checking forward for him it would be an upgrade.

Murray’s been a disaster the past two years. He’s too slow and takes lazy penalties. He and Clowe should be packaged to some dumb Eastern team that wants ‘grit’ and ‘toughness’ instead of ‘good hockey players’.

I really hope my rangers don’t give up youth and future prospects for him. He’s a great d man and has been a rock go San Jose for years but I’d like to stick with our youth than look for a quick fix.

Agreed, he has been the sharks best defenseman, but I don’t see the sharks making much noise in the playoffs this year and they could use that money in the future and at his age his value isn’t going up. Problem is I believe he has a no trade clause and don’t see him waiving it.
Go Sharks. And please don’t get rid of Murray!

Hope Boyle goes nowhere. He’s been the backbone of our D group for years. Although he is in decline, not many on the back end can move the puck better than he can.
