Despite stinking, the Caps have played well there in recent history. But really you are getting all bent over the use of steal. If they were to somehow win two of three they would be better off winning both the Winnipeg games and losing to Pittsburgh, anyway.

Too little too late. The big week for every team in a shortened season is every week. Where was Ovi when the season started? Body in DC, mind in Russia perhaps. Hope the Caps will be doing some spring cleaning.

It’s a lost year for the caps. They’ll get a good draft pick at least. I’m a caps fan saying this. We just need to keep ribeiro and wait for forsberg, kuznetsov, Wilson, and co to get hear. At least one will be next year

The Penguins have won, what, nine straight, something like that? And the CAPS are going to take them down AT HOME?

I think they take one of two against the Jets, but it would take a truly monumental effort for them to even challenge the Penguins at this point- and that’s been the Caps problem this season, there’s not really much in the way of effort most nights.
