This team needs to be blown up. For the last 6-7 seasons they have claimed to already have every piece needed for a Cup run in their locker room. Every season they have said little to no changes needed to be made. And every season they have had no success…not even a decent playoff run, much less a Cup.

I agree with blowing it up. The sharks are not getting any younger and I think their stanly cup window has closed. They just don’t have what it takes. Lets get a bunch of high draft picks and move on

the issue is, I don’t see a trade senario that would help SJ this year. Who / what can they trade that will help the Sharks win now. Ya know? With limited resources for prospects, it may be time to blow it up. Sell everything over 28 years old and rebuild.

Just my .02 and I know it won’t be the popular choice for Shark fans but this team will not win in the playoffs (history also shows this) and this draft year is a great time to start to build for the future.

It would suck even more to see Clowe leave in free agency and the sharks get nothing for him in return. Clowe has got to go.

I wish the sharks traded him over the summer. Clowe isn’t worth too much right now. Hindsight is always 20/20 I guess

I agree clowe has been terrible but i feel like he may just be having a bad season. Maybe not though. Would suck to see him leave, he has been a big part of the sharks for years.
