As fellow lovers of history will know only too well, the infamous “fake” healer Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin proved to be the “ultimate” death knell for the House of Romanov in Imperial Russia. So through careful analysis and deduction, I’m now more convinced than ever that Roberto Luongo is applying the “exact” same witchcraft to the Vancouver Canucks! As the “fallen angel” on this team which he is, his lingering and “parasitic” presence is doing nothing other than damaging the team’s psyche & vitality in going forward. It could even be argued that this weirdo is now “relishing” his new found role as the “linchpin” to the Canuck’s fortunes in going forward. If the Canuck’s therefore have any brains, then they’ll “shed” themselves of this freak, faster than a horse who swats a fly off his ass with a flip of the tail. If they don’t, then I fear that “darkness” will soon become this team’s long-term friend …
