I’m all for patience, but in truth, Tambellini has made poor decisions from day 1. This team seems like they are miles away from being a good hockey club and the thought of them being a contender is laughable.

Hasn’t happened. They still have problems in their bottom 6, their defence and Dubnyk isn’t winning the Vezina this season.

Building through the draft doesn’t happen overnight. The only improvement they’re going to see is from the players themselves, unless someone offers a king’s ransom for Gagner or Pajaarvi (which I don’t see happening).

What I can’t understand is why they are still losing. Are they working on a 4th consecutive overall #1? Coaching change maby? Do they have any vet leadership? Is it a lack of quality 3rd, 4th line players? No defense? Or all of the above?
