I thought the caps were bad at addressing changes to their team, but sheesh! Flanes havent even made the playoffs in a couple years! Even toronto has made some big changes!

With Burke, Gauthier and Howson all having finally reaped the rewards of being terrible at their jobs, Feaster’s the reigning worst GM in the League. Not for long, though. Three straight years and shooting for a fourth… he’s gone at season’s end if they don’t go on a wild hot streak into the postseason. And they won’t.

Jay Feaster is legitimately insane. Trying the same thing over and over with the same outcome every year. Time to change things up pal.
