Dude, you’re a joke. You posted “where’s all the flyers fans at” 45 mins after the story was posted. That’s not even enough time for me to get home after the game. What sorry city do you live in where there nothing to do but comment on PHT posts? Some people have lives, apparently you don’t and you expect everyone else not to also. I’d prefer to watch the Citgo commercial over Pitbull.

At least the Citgo ad features two leftists (Chavez and Joe Kennedy) who fight for the rights of working men and features an oil firm that gives free heating oil to poor Americans (something NO U.S. oil company – Exxon, etc. – does)…as opposed to Pitbull who, as a Cuban exile, is likely a right-wing fascist ideologue (as almost all Cubans in FL are to begin with; See Marco Rubio).

Hmmm…Loaded with young talent? seriously? if they had young talent they wouldn’t be struggling to score goals…fact is..the team as its made up now is old on defense and very thin up front…a lot of muckers (typical of the flyers)..not a whole hell of a lot of team speed and an overpaid goalie…sounds like a perfect scenario for lindy to come in and try and turn around….

First, I would like to see them not fire Lavy. I also wish there was a way to renig on that $6 million they’re gonna give kimmo next year. Would like to see Danny B moved. Teams in playoff position would like to add him for the postseason so take advantage while you can. I think they need to bring in a serviceable backup for Bryz. He’s a head case, and he knows all the pressure is one him, so he folds like origami. They probably should of kept Bobrovsky. I know people are calling for holmgren’s head, but he did bring in Brayden Schenn, Simmonds, and Voracek, and drafted Couturier and Read, all are very good and young. There is no short term solution, I’m just hoping that they right this ship next season and actual be competitive. This is all just my opinion, I’m sure there are many others out there

I’ve been to Philly on several occasions to view sporting events. The people there were very nice to mem despite me being decked out in Red Sox gear. Helluva a baseball park. Everyone decked out in red. Chicks were hot and Greg Luzinski signed a baseball card for me. Great times. Great sports city. Best of luck to Philly fan.

I didn’t get to watch the game (Damn you Verizon!!!), but this was NOT the outcome I expected. The Flyers have struggled, and you expect that if your team is going to come out and play, it’s going to be against a contender and rival. That they rolled over for the shutout is very surprising to me… I like Laviolette, but I wonder if maybe they just need a change there, like in Buffalo, just to try to get a fresh message in the locker room.

But, two points for the B’s is never a bad thing, odd outcome or not.

I love to see the Flyers struggling. I live close to Philly and it is so much fun to rub it in the Flyers fans faces every time they lose! Another Pans flyers playoff matchup would be great for the NHL. I wouldn’t like it though. I don’t like playing rivals in the playoffs.

That would be a good fit. Ruff has made inferior teams competitive for years. It all fell apart after the new owner with a money arrived in Buffalo and the media anointed the Sabres as instant contenders. Too many on the team drank it in and expected instant success with out the effort.

I think Ruff could right the sinking ship in Philly.
