Nashville Predators winger Rich Clune was cut underneath his eye following a spirited fight with Edmonton Oilers new tough guy Mike Brown in the first period of Friday’s game.

For Brown, it was his second fight in as many nights. He dropped the gloves Thursday with Jordin Tootoo of the Detroit Red Wings.

However, Clune might get the last laugh. He scored 51 seconds into the second period and is an assist away from the Gordie Howe hat trick. The Predators, as of this post, had a 4-0 lead on the visiting Oilers.
