I thought rolling out their two top lines exclusively for 3/4 of the third period thursday night would end up hurting them against Ottawa friday night. They definitely don’t have the conditioning they had last year, but you can chalk that up to 1 week of training camp.

rangers, rangers, what happen, they played 48min. of good hard hockey but after 7-8min. into the third period it looked like their smart pills wore off, they kept making one stupid pass after another. and then the sens took over and spanked them like a baby in k-mart. although they had a four game winning streak but you need to win, and grab the points from the teams ahead of you in the playoffs. wake up.

The Rangers looked awful in the second half of the 3rd period. I know it was their second game in two nights, but they just don’t seem to have the conditioning they did last year.
