I think the Wings just needed a little time to figure out “how do we play without Nick?’. This may be why the kids we brought up are doing so well; they never played with Lidstrom so didn’t have any habits to break. Whatever, they seem to have it sorted out now!

Why does everyone think that the Wings aren’t capable of making the playoffs without Lidstrom? They’re still up there in the standings and they’re playing good hockey. Getting kinda sick of hearing it.
