Seems you’re just proving my point about posting the same tired insults over and over. Am I wrong? Have the Flyers injuries just been an illusion created by my mind? Because I’m pretty sure they’re top-5 in man games missed this season, with only Ottawa and maybe Detroit ahead of them. Injuries are part of the game but they’ve been excessive for the Flyers this season. And I don’t think I’m out of line making that point. Like I said before ahole, atleast try to have your infantile mind come up with an original thought.

I have no such misconception about myself. I comment simply because I’m a hockey fan. I love the sport. And I love the Flyers. But in no way do I pretend to be a GM (other than in NHL 13), and neither is anyone else on this site. We’re all just sharing our opinions. And most people (even numerous Pens fans) on PHT deserve respect, but you sir, are not one of those people. You constantly disparage the Flyers, but I have never once seen you post a rational, intelligent thought. You’re the worst type of fan, as you frequently troll and dish out insults from behind a computer screen. I enjoy talking hockey, I think it’s the best sport on earth, so if you wanna actually discuss the game that’s fine. But if your only goal is instigate on Flyers pages then I will not waste any more time on YOUR irrelevant “thoughts”.

At some point you just have to play through the pain Mez. The team desperately needs you back. And that was before Grossman went down. I like Mezsaros but after being plagued with injuries the past few years, the games he’s come back for, he’s looked timid. Like hes worried about getting hurt. And thats how you end up getting injured. I can’t claim to be anywhere close to as tough as hockey players but you have to be able to fight through pain. How many times have we seen Kimmo play through injuries, and it never affects his game. This year has been the most frustrating season since 06-07. First there’s an extended (unnecessary) lockout, then the Flyers have an absolutely jam packed schedule where they stumble out of the gate, then they finally start to climb out of their hole and we’re hit by more and more injuries. I mean Briere, Hartnell, Read, Couturier, Mezsaros, McGinn, and now Grossmann. When will the hockey gods give Philly a break? I’m still holding out hope that the Flyers can go on a run but they need Grossmann’s injury to be minor, Mez to suck it up and play, and Read back asap. If they can overcome the injury bug and stop the thoughtless and constant turnovers, then there’s no reason they can’t atleast get the 8th seed. Time for a run Flyers.
