The New York Rangers need other key players to step up with Brad Richards sidelined for at least Tuesday night. So far, captain Ryan Callahan has been that guy against the Philadelphia Flyers.
Callahan, 27, collected both of the Rangers’ goals as of this writing. His second one was the most captivating:

After scoring a career-high 29 goals in 2011-12, Callahan’s had a slow start to 2013, as he came into Tuesday with five tallies and seven points in 17 games. Perhaps a night like this will help him regain last season’s strong form?
