HANG IN THERE NASHVILLE …

While we Kings may have got the better of you guys last night, that takes nothing away from the fact that the Predators are a “quality” franchise who are simply going through a rough patch. This happens to everyone from time to time and so “yours’” is not a unique predicament, as tough as it may seem for you right now. Just ensure that you all stick together and before you know it, you guys will have things back on track again! In fact, I’d like to offer you Predator friends the following passage from our LA Kings Battle Manual, which addresses this very issue of adversity …

Section C, Paragraph 5 – “During difficult or trying circumstances, it is precisely “then” that you must close rank and press home the attack with even greater zeal … that which he has done to you will be done to him, only tenfold ! … let nothing stand in your way from achieving ultimate victory and righteous joy !”

Correction, Andrei was on the team more than 1 month, but he didn’t contribute all that much when he was here.

Our problems THIS SEASON have nothing to do with matching Weber. lf you honestly think it does then you may indeed not know what you’re talking about. This is damn near the same team as last year. #8 in goals with one of the top PP last year. We lost Suter, Andrei Kostitsyn, and Radulov. The two forwards were on the team maybe a month. Suter loss may he hurting us, but still. Matching a deal doesn’t make the players you already have stop scoring.

Also, the whole Suter and Weber situation screwed us getting in on anyone of worth from free agency this past offseason. They were the #1 priority. Sorry we made Philly fans so mad by not allowing your team to steal our captain. I’ve said this before, if by chance the Weber deal becomes too much for our POOR little franchise you’ll read about it here I’m sure.
