As a Wild fan watching Selanne score gave me mixed feelings... I hated the fact he scored but seeing how sick his hands still are is a pleasure. Was a great backhand, Kuemper had ZERO chance on it.

As for the game, I guess i'm actually pretty proud of my Wild team. In the 1st period it looked like they didn't belong on the same ice with the Ducks. But, they showed real battle and made a great game of it. Sure would have been nice to come out of there with at least 1 point.

Wild's top line has been a bit of a disappointment the last 3/4 games. Idk, I just feel like a point a game should be counted on with that line, maybe that's to high an expectation. Honestly this team is right about where I thought they'd be, battling for 6-8 spot in the west. The Seto, Zucker, Cullen line is really fun to watch in the open ice. I'd REALLY like to see Zucker on the 2nd PP and move PMB out. PMB is just never looking to shoot and as of late his play making has been lack lust at best. All and all a BIG improvement over the last few years, this team can at least hang with the best in the west, may not win but at least its a fun watch!!
