Blues fan, and unless our top line and Halak have a Stellar game I'm not sure if we'll be able to stop the Hawks. As much as it pains me they are on fire and we have a mess of depth scoring injuries now. The first game we had with these guys was close all the way through and we were healthly.

However, we do have two wild cards. First, is defensive scoring. If Kevin and Alex step up even more it would seriously help us out. The second is Halak. Like some goalies out there, if he has one of those nights where he just says no then that's it. Hopefully this game is one of those nights.

Either way it should still be a good game!

Everybody ready for this?

Blackhawks will lose Thursday in St. Louis, despite McDonald and Steen being out. Top line of Backes, Oshie, and Perron will see this one through. Backes might even get a chance to drop the gloves with Toews, for a captain v. captain bout!!
