In his defense, Wahl might have asked for a trade or maybe they are too deep at his position in the organization for the timeline of his growth. There are a lot of reasons, but to trade him for a guy that is 3 years older wouldn’t make a 4th line in the NHL? Not sure what that’s about. Does Wahl make more than the 900k min so it’s effecting their cap? *way too much speculation in one post, I apologize*

I think it’s safe to say there’s a small chance either of these guys every make a real impact in the NHL though.
