Looking at the video I don’t think there was intent for a dirty hit (at least not on the knee) I think Hall saw Clutterbuck, decided he was going to blow him up but did a poor job of lining him up.

It will result in a fine to 1 game suspension based on Hall’s track record, Hall’s standing in the league as a young superstar and what the NHL typically does in these situations. For those looking for 5+ games, it’s not going to happen, you pretty much have to kill someone on the ice, or have a lengthy history to garner that type of suspension.

To anyone that’s going to talk crap about Clutterbuck, yes the guy is physical and he does usually lead the league in hits, but his hits are virtually all clean legit hits.
