You pens fans are in denial. Since it's been the Penguins who've head hunted the Flyers more often then not. Plus to add to your idiotic ways, hockeywithdraw since your so bias and you don't go one way or not, the Flyers in the last 30 years have either been 1, 2, or 3 highest team in the league with PK min. Yes the Flyers are also 1-5 in Powerplay as well in the last 20 years but hey the refs can't make it seem that obvious that they're going to call it one way. The Penguins on the other hand have been one of the least penalized teams in the league. I guess it's because they're so disciplined lol. Hey don't worry the Penguins will always be famous in my mind for the dive (crosby) that won you all a Stanley Cup. Everyone knows the NHL's boys are the Penguins, it's why Matt Cooke has gotten away with so much crap the last decade lol

Ummm every fan in the league who saw pens vs Philly knows how the pens are the dirtier team. Malkin is a spearing machine. He should have been suspended several times, so should Sid with his slew footing but the league favours them. All facts

Thanks for the whining....the Flyers lead the entire league in penalties because they've earned them, they are a young, undisciplined, dirty team. The refs are on to them. I was actually pleased to see last week during the Pens game that the refs were actually calling their crap, outside of Couturier's cross-checks on Malkin.

The Pens need to actually need to work on their discipline when it comes to retaliation, also. They've taken a lot of penalties this year for that. So....I don't think I'd call that "lucky".

There were large stretches of that game where the Pens held the puck in the offensive zone for ridiulous periods of time...and even changed forwards WHILE they were holding the puck in the zone. I'd have been frustrated too, but not at the officials.

There's a difference between poking at a puck under a goalie when the play isn't dead and ramming your stick directly into the stomach of the goalie...Kunitz was pushing UNDER the goalie...Kopecky was whacking the GOALIE because he didn't know where the puck was. I thought it was hilarious that MAF was about to whack him with his goalie stick afterward...I'd have LOVED to see that one. But, I'd give them this, the play was not whistled dead at that point...so who knows.

That must explain why the Flyers lead the NHL in power play opportunities last year with 335 chances on the PP while the Penguins "only" had 289 chances. Thanks for clearing that up...
