When your team can’t score goals and can’t stop em that isn’t a recipe for success. Lavy can only do so much here. The players have to step up and make themselves accountable. Only reason G and Harts had that great years was because of JAGR….Before he showed up they were just decent players on a good team (not great team). Yeah we are competitive but always missing that 1 or 2 people that could put us over the top. Bad play by Homer and management to not sign him for another 2 years hoping to land an overpriced FA in Weber (and considering they just doled out 6m for Timmo). Half the team is only 2 years into the NHL with not enough Veteran leadership on the offensive side of the puck. D have their mentors but nobody for the rookie wingers. I dont see Briere or Knuble fitting into that role.

I would be highly surprised if the Flyers change coaches.
It has been an extremely rough season for injuries to the team.

Watched a pretty good hockey coach named Ken Hitchcock get off to a similar start a few years back

At least I thought the Flyers would win this game with Peter Budaji getting the nod in net. You have to give the Candiens a lot of credit they just out worked out hustled and outplayed the Flyers. Im just wondering when or if the Flyers are going to make a coaching change.
